Went for the Miracle Healing session at Church... Was wonderful! Am amazed what God can do. So here are exerpts from the preacher, who was a funny African man that keeps saying, "I love it! Jimmy (his name)!" "Africa, I love it!" Very Funny!!
1. God's word works It always works, It works on me, It works in me. Keep ur eyes on Jesus = Keep ur eyes on His word.
2.[Luke 6:17-18]If you cant find Luke, Look! *laughs* God wants us to be healthy and does not want to heal. Therefore, he heals so that we can be healthy like what he had ordained us to be.
3.[John1:12] If you want to be charged up, you must pray in tons. Whosoever comes upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved. Whosoever=anyone, black, white, Chinese, African (he is one)... God identifies with youin Christ. No racism.
4.[2 Cor 5:18] If you are charged up, resist the devil. Resis=no respect, no fear. When you resist the devil, he will flee! Thus, resist = Greater is He within me, therefore i give you no place in me, and GO! in Jesus' Name!
*Reads the verse* IN Christ! Where are we? IN (not on, under, by) Christ (is no Jesus' surname, but the annointing one). Therefore, we cannot afford to think failure and defeat. We must rise up, believe it and act it!
5.[Gal 2] We have the mind of Christ! So we are the master over every trouble and circumstances because of our address (IN CHRIST)!1
6. points 4 & 5 tells us about a transformation... a NEW CREATION!! And WE are responsible for this transformation. We can do it by renewing our minds -- get in the Word and change your thinking. It is not the trials of Life that defeats us, but our reluctance to act on God's words that defeats us.
7.[John 1:1] Great is your Faith! His faith is so great because he believed God's Word. God=Bible. You want more God, get more Word. The Bible is our Rock (Rock parable) and [2 Tim 1:7] we have no spirit of fear... it is a destructive force, RESIST it!!
8. Because of the Word of God, we can do the Impossible! The Hostile environment makes no difference! As long as we act on the word, we can do everything! eg. the storm did not affect Peter from walking as water. He focused on the word C-O-M-E!
9. God will engage anyone who wants to move the word. (car eg) The Word of God has unlimited potential until you act on it and engage the potential.
SO ENGAGE THE POTENTIAL NOW, PUT IN THE CAR KEY AND DRIVE AWAY WITH THE WORD OF GOD!
If u r not doing well in sch tis sem, juz pray n engage the potential!!
