hee hee... came back from the pre-orientation camp a week ago... didn't have time to blog... so busy... (like real)
anyway, the pre-orientation camp was really fun. dr seah allowed me to go home and sleep so i arrived in sch at 7.18am the next day, 12 mins earlier than the time she wanted me to arrive. they were doing mass dance so i followed, and kai hui taught me the steps. thanks kai hui!
and breakfast! Genus Benus was so hungry that they ate so many boxes of food! and when the girls in my group didnt want any of those food for any meal, we juz chuck it to thee boys and they eat them!
my group: Inspire a Shared Vision (ISV): Yun Zi, Grace, Eeleng, Eliza (lizard!), Joanna, Yihui, Donavon (sp?), Sidwin (or don as they both change names in the camp), Andy, Junle, Eugene, Zongmin, Vera, Yiwei, Wei Ying... (are there any more that i miss out?)
then lectures about listening by mr salim, and we broke into gps and my gp was under junle and consists of me(duh!), joanna, eliza, eeling, wei yin, eugene, don, sidwin, zongmin. then we were suppose to do some advert and the guys, led by don did on the Nike waterbottle. they had this caption: Just Suck It! lucky they did not suck eeling's yellow bottle that looked like grace's, just the shade diff.
and we did on... the fire extinguisher! haha! sry, fire alarm. it was buy the alarm n get a free extinguisher. eeleng's idea =) and the price was unknown, negociable. i wish i got a phone camera so i can take pics or videos of the funny advert.
and there was an improptu speech. don n sidwin did on facial and don said facial transforms this *points to his head* to this *points to sidwin's head*. well, then there was more crap. and they pleaded with junle to let them of for early lunch.in the end we had to go back to the theaterette.
after lunch was this leadership training talk by mr png. it was quite boring, and half of us were asleep. as mr salim says... well, those there you would know the reason. and we perked up for the games! was so fun!
the scanvanger hunt that they tied themselves up together (something like what we did for youth day) was okay, except i was not allowed to be tied up, according to dr seah. nevermind. they made use of me to pluck leaves and get vera's highlighter. what a smart group!
then dinner... and another talk by mr png. mummy came too early at 8 instead of 8.15 so i had to leave halfway. well, so sad i didn't get to go for the walk, because its "too late for me, you will fall sick the next day". okay. heard the walk was terrible the next day...
i learntt the mass dance again! woot! i can finally dance! then i was being rocked by dr seah... saw her without a partner and saw myself slacking without a partner so i decided to aiya, let her rock me lah.
it was project planning after that. belinda didn't come so i had to take her role for the cca thing. was kinda glad cos i didnt have to do much. the cca fair would be great! and the IT club's advert would be better! *grins* i'm making the advert hor...
the planning session was suppose to end @ 11, but dragged till 12. we finished around 10 plus and started dancing. then joyce and me went to the dorm to sleep! wow, really tired leh.
later we danced before lunch, and before dinner. and before we left the camp.
after lunch was games! heehee! the water bomb game! grace got splashed by a bucket of water by sidwin, or don as he wished to be called in the camp. n i got hit by a bomb too! was so fun! but the last game, against sab n mag''s gp was BORING. sabrina n magneline was passing the water balloon to the goal. not fair. the defenders on the other side (me, grace, eeleng, yun zhi, jasmine, adabelle) were sitting on the track and talking. don was sitting on the bench where the captain's suppose to stand with his legs up.
then there are the station games. the spider web one was fun. but we made the structure so weak that the next group cannot climb over it! haha =) and mr png spoilt all our plans for the one where u put 1 finger on the hula hoop and bring it to the floor. challenge ther process what.
then the alphabet one. we couln't spell dr seah's full name backwards, but could spell charles png... and dr seah was the station master! haha!! i can now, eehK eeW haeS. i'm not using any paper. i'm using my memory of the game! then, mr sukandar's water thing. i can't understand why MTW can get 4 pails and why genus benus can get 7 pails, if i remember correctly, but nevermind. what's important is we completed the task and did it as a group.
lastly, ms low's blindfold thing. we were all blindfolded and had to form a circle with a string and later a PERFECT square. although we did not do it well, we were singing as we returned to the theaterette.
then, buffet dinner, and debrief! and phototaking! and we danced again! we were singing as we left... if we could be together for a while... (for those who don't know, you will learn the dance nxt yr! enjoy! and its a time to put some couples together. no lah, jkjk.)

mei is back
woot! mei came back! she was soo tired that she slept for 3h straight! she said lights off at 12am, then she slept at 2am and woke up at 6.30 am! wow... then she kept talking and talking about her camp. now she finds it fun... haiz...
and Fish Tank was gone!!Fish Tank = one place in NUS that ppl sit there n watch fishes. n the canteen at Yusof Ishak was GREAT! mummy ate mee siam, daddy ate nasi brani and i ate shui jiao mian. daddy also bot beijing shui jiao! mummy kept saying, "wow, better than science canteen... so many china ppl, ur chinese will b good if u study here... change a lot... we were not so lucky!" daddy kept nodding his head and ate quietly. i didnt know what to say and ate in silence, btw i was e slowest eater!
then mummy said that she wished she had taken photos of her time in NUS. and her fav seat in e Study Room (mum & dad call it YH) in yr 1 & 2 was at the bottom, in yr 3 at the top. then she say last time it was just WHITE tables and chairs. now so lucky :)
she said she enjoyed rag and fag day best. they had to make floats... and they are already planning for that NOW. its society against society and hostilites against hosteilites. then they got cheer comp. and rock music ON TOP of the float. when it is done, they sit IN the float and WAVE and go around the WORLD (actually, Singapore only :))

haha! my cousin, vera has finally found out who mr wee is. she said he came to her class once, when they were playing poker cards, and she said he should know her as the group of four who were playing poker cards.

[cm1102] not bad lah, but i realised the last qn of mcq was careless!! and nelson almost tore the paper!! he say it was so hard!! y is everyone so bored in e hols? i'm looking forward to my holiday trip to Penang! and my piano teacher's christmas party! hope i get to plan it with the older kids (but they will b too old for me... jc1 leh... differences in planning lor) and i hope i can help teacher prepare food! woot! i prob eat them up =) and i need to practice my piano HARD. taking exam soon... teacher still scolding me... no expression... i'm forever daydreaming, so my counting sucks.

mei is back
woot! mei came back! she was soo tired that she slept for 3h straight! she said lights off at 12am, then she slept at 2am and woke up at 6.30 am! wow... then she kept talking and talking about her camp. now she finds it fun... haiz...
and Fish Tank was gone!!Fish Tank = one place in NUS that ppl sit there n watch fishes. n the canteen at Yusof Ishak was GREAT! mummy ate mee siam, daddy ate nasi brani and i ate shui jiao mian. daddy also bot beijing shui jiao! mummy kept saying, "wow, better than science canteen... so many china ppl, ur chinese will b good if u study here... change a lot... we were not so lucky!" daddy kept nodding his head and ate quietly. i didnt know what to say and ate in silence, btw i was e slowest eater!
then mummy said that she wished she had taken photos of her time in NUS. and her fav seat in e Study Room (mum & dad call it YH) in yr 1 & 2 was at the bottom, in yr 3 at the top. then she say last time it was just WHITE tables and chairs. now so lucky :)
she said she enjoyed rag and fag day best. they had to make floats... and they are already planning for that NOW. its society against society and hostilites against hosteilites. then they got cheer comp. and rock music ON TOP of the float. when it is done, they sit IN the float and WAVE and go around the WORLD (actually, Singapore only :))

mei went for p5 camp. she'll be back on wed afternoon i guess... she didn't want to go. she had been complaining abt how bad it'd be. i doubt it'll be so bad... mei, enjoy yourself! its like a once in a lifetime stuff to do flying fox... i wanted to go but could not! how lucky you are!! her msn nic was: is there a way for me not to go for p5 camp? haiz...
feel so lonely with her not around... noone to fight n qurrael n take sweets n comfort after our qurraels... then no one to play w me n tigger, pooh, eeyore, piglet n bear bear. we make stories of their life n stuff. too long to write it all down... mei... i want you back... she was feeling the same way when i went for p4 camp last time... i guess it's normal, is it not? when she returns, i shall fill you in on stories on the camp. vera's conversation abt mr wee
haha! my cousin, vera has finally found out who mr wee is. she said he came to her class once, when they were playing poker cards, and she said he should know her as the group of four who were playing poker cards.
here are some images of the conversation... of course i blanked off her email so that people who are fanatic about mr wee (i don't really know who) would not spam her for more info about him. she says that she might not be able to recognize him if she saw him walking in her school again... so sad... how can anyone NOT recoginize mr wee? he's like so prominent... the way he walks and talks, and that silly little bag that he carries, that "does not fit him" quoted from jh's blog...

yayy!! exam's over!! finally!! its so fast... one year has passed... and instead of being led around the sch, next yr i'm gonna lead ppl around...
wanted to go mac with elza, siying n tricia, but it was raining heavily... hurmmphh!! actually if i waited, i cld have gone... but i was too hungry so daddy picked me up and i sent ros home too...
[hy1103]very easy! a lot of questions ms chua gave before... and dropped hints... nelson was cutting and throwing his rubber at lewis, who threw it back... they used the question paper to block themselves from rubber attacks... funny! [ma1104] quite okay, but there's one qn very hard... haiz... [ma1110] don talk abt it, its so tough!! nelson pretended to slash his wrist while collecting scripts... haiya, so childish!! [cm1102] not bad lah, but i realised the last qn of mcq was careless!! and nelson almost tore the paper!! he say it was so hard!! [pc1102]i guess i can say it was easy, but i did get some questions wrong... :( and nelson was cutting his rubber into small pieces and throwing at people... [el1102]what can i say? the vocab was hard... and the summary was scary... don eat mac, its food r not fresh, and the farmers suffer a lot...
okay, its over... don't gloat over it...
P.S. nelson was so distracting while collecting scripts... throwing rubber all over the place... worse, i'm sitting diagonally behind him! waa... the eraser thingys he throw always hit me... lucky i'm smart enough to throw it back... enjoyed that look on his face when it hit him :) *grins*
adeline gave me tigger!! so now i have the whole collection! tigger, eeyore, pooh, piglet, and the weird one dip... actually i need chip to match dale (aka dip, named by yanling)
and sis is crazy over goong... wad is so nice about the show? its juz a silly girl, caijing that had an arranged marriage, and the crown prince doesn't like her... although sis says he does now, after sharing room... why is everyone so crazy about it? i have no idea. i agree, changjin is a good show, and i enjoyed it, although it is a bit long winded... but, goong has no moral values or stuff to learn from!! :)
